Personal Assistant to CEO

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with excellent clerical and organization skills, that will also manage our new Scottsdale office location.

Our crazy busy CEO and new mom is looking for a right-hand assistant that is willing and capable of helping with a variety of tasks at home and in the office. If you love rolling up your sleeves to run errands, help with organizing around the house and office, supporting administration and operations, as well as play with a sweet, growing baby girl from time to time, then you'll love this job.
